National postal operator “Ukrposhta” has resumed work of its postal offices with certain changes to the rules.
The postal service announced it on their official Facebook page.
“We are opening up and working for Ukraine and our clients,” - says the statement.
In particular:

1) Ukrposhta cancels the parcel storage fee until the end of warfare;
2) Internal parcels are accepted, but EXCLUSIVELY IN AN OPEN FORM (war, anything can happen);
3) International parcels are being prepared to be launched;
4) Transfers are accepted and issued without restrictions (large amounts if possible), except for the aggressor countries, of course, as well as depending on the possibilities of cash-in-transit;
5) Payments are accepted as usual. The payment of pensions and subsidies will be announced later;
6) Only those newspapers that were available are being delivered. There may be old, from peacetime;
7) Consumer goods are sold.
Postal offices are working on a Monday schedule (meaning those, that have always worked on Mondays) and on an individual schedule depending on the circumstances, from 10.00 to 15.00.
Vinnytsia region - most urban and rural post offices are working.
Volyn - urban and part of rural post offices are working.
Dnipropetrovska oblast - urban and rural post offices are working.
Donetsk oblast - all city post offices work, except for Mariupol and Volnovakha for now.
Zhytomyr oblast - urban and rural post offices are working. Their work is suspended when there is an air-raid alarm.
Zakarpatska region- there are city offices and district centers.
Zaporizhzhya - urban and district post offices are working.
Ivano-Frankivsk region - all city (except the airport) and rural post offices are working
Kyiv city - post offices are working partially. Namely, 48 branches: 17 on the left bank, 31 on the right.
Kyivska oblast - partially working, limited.
Kirovogradska oblast - city post offices work.
Luhansk oblast - Lysychansk, Rubizhne, and everywhere where Ukraine controls the territory post offices are working.
Lviv oblast -urban and district post offices are working.
Mykolaiv oblast - city post offices are not working. District post offices are open if possible.
Odesa oblast - urban and district post offices are working.
Poltava region - urban and district post offices are working.
Rivne oblast - all post offices are working.
Sumy oblast - some of the post offices in the city are working, where it is safe; post offices in the northern direction: Shostka, Yampil are working. Parcels are not accepted yet.
Ternopil oblast - urban and district post offices are working.
Kharkiv oblast - post offices in the city will be working according to the situation. Possible: Krasnograd, Lozova.
Kherson oblast - some of the city post offices are working, district post offices will be working, where possible
Khmelnytsky oblast - urban and part of rural post offices are working.
Cherkasy oblast - all city post offices are working. Regional post offices will be working if possible.
Chernivtsi oblast - urban and district post offices are working.
Chernihiv oblast - the post offices in the city are not working. Rural post offices will be working if possible.
The city of Sevastopol, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is temporarily not working.
