Deputy Head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, explained how cooperation with foreign partners and citizens functions to receive humanitarian aid works.

According to Tymoshenko, the Humanitarian Headquarters for Coordination of Humanitarian Aid has been established to receive humanitarian aid which comes from foreign partners and concerned citizens of the world, and as a clear list of the most necessary humanitarian aid has been formed.

In addition, logistics centers have been established in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, and Ukraine.

"The Government of Ukraine has simplified the import of humanitarian aid into the country and created green corridors to increase the capacity of humanitarian aid," Tymoshenko said.

According to him, as of the 2nd of March, 1,764 tons of humanitarian cargo were imported to Ukraine from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.
