Shortly, information about Ukrainian citizens' damaged and destroyed property can be registered in the "Dia" application. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal confirmed this.

Approximately within a week, we begin to register information about damaged and destroyed property of Ukrainian citizens using the application "Dia. Everyone, who was left without a home, everyone whose house or department was destroyed by occupiers can claim compensation in "Dia" ", - he said in his video message.

Shmygal said that the "Fund for the Restoration of Destroyed Property and Infrastructure" has been set up. And as soon as the war is over, we will begin to rebuild everything that the Russian occupiers destroyed.

"The war took Ukrainians by surprise; many people have no documents. Therefore, a new temporary digital certificate, called eDocument, will be available in "Dia." It will be very flexible; it will contain passport data, ID, and, if possible, photos. It will be recognized by public authorities, by the National Police, at block-posts. The eDocument will be automatically available to all users of "Dia," said the Prime Minister.

Also, Shmygal added that Ukraine is currently creating a food reserve. In particular, the state will buy grain and other supplies in the amount needed for the country's annual consumption from the state budget. This will provide the country with enough food.

"We continue to expand the list of critical imports. We support the work of critical infrastructure. We do everything to ensure that our army and rear are provided with all the necessary things in the best possible way. And we will win. Have no doubt. And then we will rebuild a new, strong, and happy Ukraine. Our cities in the North, East, and South will bloom again. Our people will return to their new, rebuilt homes," the Prime Minister emphasized.

In the regions of Ukraine where the most active military operations are conducted, citizens will be able to receive 6500 UAH from the state within the "ePidtrymka" [eSupport] program. The funds will be transferred starting from 8 March 2022. So far, Ukrainians have submitted 700,000 applications for this kind of assistance.

Earlier it was reported that the funds accrued within the "ePidtrymka" [eSupport] program for vaccination can now be used for any goods and products.
