Propaganda work is being carried out among the personnel of the Russian Armed Forces to impose the idea that they should end the war in Ukraine by 9 May.
The General Staff summed up that despite the significant losses and demoralized military state, Russia's leadership does not refuse to continue the war.
Wounded occupiers settle most medical facilities in Russia's border settlements. A farewell ceremony was held for hundreds of victims of the war against Ukraine in the military deployment of the 126th coastal defence brigade in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. "As a matter of urgency, the enemy is taking measures to restore the combat capability of military units of the airborne troops, which suffered critical losses in both manpower and military equipment," the General Staff said.
At the same time, the enemy military is facing enormous difficulties in controlling the population in the temporarily occupied territories. Attempts to establish a sham pro-Russian government among traitors and collaborators have no support from the local population.
In Transnistria, Russian curators are spreading rumours about the involvement of this unrecognized group in the war with Ukraine.
In the city of Dokuchaivsk, Donetsk region, the occupiers set up a filtration camp for civilians trying to leave Mariupol.
In Kreminna and Rubizhne, the General Staff recorded the cases of the forced evacuation of Ukrainian citizens by the occupiers and their deportation to the territory of the Voronezh region.
In some settlements of the Chernihiv region, which are temporarily occupied by the occupying forces, there are facts of seizure of tractors from local farmers. Agricultural machinery is used to evacuate the occupiers' damaged equipment.
In the Kharkiv region, a battalion-tactical group from the 59th Tank Regiment of the Western Military District, operating in the direction of Kharkiv, came under fire from Ukrainian artillery. The consolidated unit suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment.
