Instead, the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida, expressed an opinion that the prospect of the russian federation's usage of nuclear weapons "becomes more and more likely" at the moment. And the head of the CIA Bill Burns mentioned that because of the "potential despair" the President of russia Volodymyr Putin can order the usage of nuclear weapons to create a false sense of some victory in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defenсe of Ukraine doesn't forecast the usage of a nuclear weapon by Russia.
