80% of the Luhansk region is under the control of russian forces. The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration (RMA) Serhiy Haidai.

"Kreminna is under [the control of – tr.] orcs, Rubizhne and Popasna partially. The fighting is going on. The situation can change at any moment," – the RMA head mentioned.

According to him, the shelling intensified, people can't go out of the bomb shelters, russians are looting the occupied territories.

"The attacks became frequent, russians are constantly trying to break in, but with no success. Our defenders are doing everything to send the orcs home in plastic bags," – Haidai stated.

As the RMA head claims, there's a catastrophe with the utility networks in the region.

"In some settlements, there's nothing to be done at all. The destruction is beyond repair. That is, we can't restore the light, water, and gas supply. That's it. Only after the war," – Haidai says.

According to him, around 70 thousand people are left in the region.

Also, in his opinion, shelling can become even harder before Easter.

"What does that mean for the civilians? Only to pray for the bomb shelter to endure. Or evacuate. The decision is up to you," – Haidai mentioned.

As the region head stated, as of April 21 morning, 9 attacks of the enemy were fought off on the front line – an anti-aircraft missile system, tank, artillery system, 10 armoured vehicles, two special engineering equipment vehicles, two automobiles, and the enemy's ammunition warehouse.

The air defense units shot down one cruise missile and three drones of the "Orlan-10" type.

"The enemy tried to gain a foothold in the western and northwestern parts of Rubizhne but didn't succeed. He carried out unsuccessful assaults in the direction of Novotoshkivske; the assault on Popasna is ongoing," – Haidai noted.
