Advisor to the chief of president’s office Mykhailo Podolyak commented on the information about the series of explosions in the territory of unrecognized Transnistria [PMR]. The local government there claims that the “trails of the terrorist attacks” which happened yesterday and today in the region lead to Ukraine.
“Russia is trying to destabilize the situation in “PMR” and implying that Moldova should wait for the “guests.” Bad news: if Ukraine does not withstand, tomorrow the enemy will be at the gates of Kishinev. Good news: Ukraine will ensure strategic safety in the region. However, we should work as one team, Podolyak wrote on Twitter.

Tonight two communication towers have been blown up in Transnistria. And on April 25 the breakaway state claimed about the shelling of their Ministry of State Security building.
In that regard, the President of Moldova convened a meeting of Supreme Security Council.
Maia Sandu connected explosions in Tiraspol with the forces in the territory of Transnistria, which are supporting the war. She claims that Moldova does not plan any blockade of Transnistria, advocates peaceful dialogue and diplomatic solutions.
The country is raising the level of preparedness and strengthening security of government institutions, no plans for the negotiations with Putin.
