Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi and Head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak held a telephone conversation with United States National Security Advisor to President Jacob Sullivan and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley.

The sides discussed the security situation in Ukraine, measures to neutralize russian aggression, and the course of hostilities in the south and east of our country.

The interlocutors also considered the following steps to strengthen the defense capabilities of our state and appropriate interaction with partner countries.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, urged partners to provide Ukraine with the necessary weapons.

During a conversation at the Ukrainian House in Davos, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that russian troops now in the Donbas have 20 times more equipment than the Ukrainian defense forces.
