Russians fired rockets on Mykolayiv from an occupied territory of Ukraine this morning, city mayor Oleksandr Senkevych has said.
"The city's civilian infrastructure, state enterprises and an educational establishment were damaged. Window frames were blown out by an explosion in the latter," he said.
Some of the rockets fell on the outskirts.
A day earlier, one of the russian rockets hit an outhouse.
On 23 June, one person was killed and two wounded by russian shelling of Mykolayiv.
