Russian invaders struck Kharkiv's Nemyshlyanskyy district with multiple rocket launchers, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.
The shelling took place at 5.30 p.m.
At least three people got killed and five wounded, he said.
