Soldiers of the 113th Separate Territorial Defence Brigade have liberated Vasylenkove and Artemivka in Kharkiv Region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said on Telegram.
"We must remember that freedom does not come easy. Ukrainian defenders are fighting for independence for each of us at the cost of their own lives," he noted.
Earlier, he said that since the beginning of September, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have liberated around 2,000 km of Ukrainian territory, acting in various directions.
Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar called for caution and responsible approach when reporting about the liberated population centres.
