Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine has received 752,284 million hryvnyas of international financial support, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced on Telegram.
"The total amount of international financial support (grants and loans) from the beginning of the war to 1 November amounted to 752,284 million hryvnyas," the statement reads.
Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen stated that a new "Marshall Plan" should be created for the reconstruction of Ukraine, in which the EU will play a major role.
