Emergency blackouts that were introduced in Kyiv this morning have been cancelled. Now there are scheduled blackouts in the capital, according to the chatbot of the energy company YASNO.
"In Kyiv, emergency blackouts have been cancelled. Only scheduled stabilisation outages are exercised in all districts," the message reads.
Due to high electricity consumption on the morning of 4 November, emergency power cuts were introduced in Kyiv.
As of the morning of 4 November, 450,000 Kyiv residents were without electricity supply, which is 1.5 times more than in previous days.
