Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on G20 to produce a "principled reaction" to the massive Russian missile attack which happened as the G20 summit was in progress in Bali.

"Russia is hitting peaceful Ukrainian cities with deadly missiles. Apartment buildings, energy infrastructure facilities are being hit. Looking forward to a principled reaction of @g20org summit. And please avoid 'calling on both sides'. Take the side of people, not war criminals," he tweeted.

From 2.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Russia fired over 90 missiles at Ukraine, over 70 of which were downed by air defence. However, residential buildings in Kyiv and the wider region were damaged by the strike. At least one person was reported killed.

Fifteen energy facilities across the country were damaged. This was the biggest attack on Ukraine's energy system during the war.
