Law enforcers and authorities of Kherson Region released a video from the torture chamber in Kherson, which the Russians arranged in the detention centre.
According to Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, detainees who refused to cooperate with the occupiers were beaten and tortured with electric current in the basement.
Law enforcement officers seized the means used by the Russians for torture. Traces of victims' blood were found on the floor.
"We also discovered a whole stock of looted household appliances that the occupiers were going to take with them," added Yanushevych.
The National Police noted that they are identifying the persons who were in the detention centre, as well as the Russians involved in the atrocities.
