Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis urged his colleagues to stay calm and give Ukraine tanks.

The meeting of NATO foreign ministers is taking place in Romania on 29-30 November. According to Reuters, they will discuss strengthening air defence in Ukraine.
Earlier, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that a truce between Ukraine and Russia is currently impossible, because it implies that Russia will keep all the occupied territories.
