During today's massive attack, Russia fired 40 missiles at Kyiv. This is one of the largest missile attacks since the beginning of the invasion.
Air defence forces shot down 37 of them, the Kyiv City State Administration reported on Telegram.
"Information about the destruction and victims is being clarified. So far, it is known about one victim in the Dniprovskyy district, the person was provided medical assistance on the spot without hospitalisation," the statement said.
Explosions were recorded in Holosiyivskyy, Dniprovskyy and Desnianskyy districts. Several infrastructure objects were hit.
Partial emergency power outages took place in the capital, there are water and heating problems. Underground traffic was temporarily suspended.
