German Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck has arrived in Ukraine on an unannounced visit. It is his first trip to Ukraine since the start of the full-scale war, The Guardian reports.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Energy and Economy confirmed the visit. Details of the trip are still unknown.
According to Spiegel, Habeck will discuss with the Ukrainian government post-war reconstruction and Ukraine's cooperation with Germany in the energy sector.
Robert Habeck met with Ukrainian officials, including the prime minister, in October 2022, during Denys Shmyhal's working visit to Berlin.
