The government has extended the special obligations on the natural gas market until mid-April 2024. This was reported by the Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in his Telegram channel.
Naftogaz will continue to sell gas for a fixed price of UAH 7.4 per cubic meter.
"This decision is part of comprehensive winterisation measures. We are working to ensure that our critical infrastructure receives reliable protection from Russian missiles and drones," the statement said.
In April, Naftogaz extended the Fixed tariff plan for another year, and its price will continue to be UAH 7.96 per cubic meter (including VAT).
