Missile attack: Kuleba urges partner countries to expedite supply of air defence systems, long-range missiles to Ukraine

The Ukrainian foreign minister also called for speeding up the transfer of frozen Russian assets to Ukraine and for ending contacts with Russian diplomats.

Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, has called on partner countries to swiftly respond to the latest Russian terrorist attack by implementing a series of measures:

  • Accelerating the delivery of additional air defence systems, combat drones of all types, and long-range missiles with a range of 300+ kilometers to Ukraine.
  • Making a decision to transfer frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's needs.
  • Ceasing contacts with Russian diplomats in respective capitals and international organisations.

Kuleba emphasises, "The terrorist regime in Moscow must feel that the international community will not turn a blind eye to the killing of peaceful Ukrainian civilians and the destruction of critical Ukrainia
