Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, has called on partner countries to swiftly respond to the latest Russian terrorist attack by implementing a series of measures:
- Accelerating the delivery of additional air defence systems, combat drones of all types, and long-range missiles with a range of 300+ kilometers to Ukraine.
- Making a decision to transfer frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's needs.
- Ceasing contacts with Russian diplomats in respective capitals and international organisations.
Kuleba emphasises, "The terrorist regime in Moscow must feel that the international community will not turn a blind eye to the killing of peaceful Ukrainian civilians and the destruction of critical Ukrainia
n infrastructure.”
