A man was killed and four others wounded in a Russian attack overnight in Kyiv Region. As of 7:30 a.m., six private homes, an outbuilding and a car wash were damaged. The grass flooring was also on fire, police said.
The deceased is a truck driver born in 1999, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration informed. He died on the spot.
Three other victims were injured in a private house, where a roof fire started as a result of falling debris.
Among the injured is a 16-year-old boy. He had to be hospitalised. The boy's father and mother will be treated at home.
In another settlement, a woman was injured by debris in the street. She was hospitalised in a local hospital.
"Investigators will initiate criminal proceedings over the war crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," law enforcement officials said.
14 private houses, an outbuilding, 2 car washes, a car, a power line and a transformer were damaged.
