On the night of 23 February, Russia launched another drone attack on Kyiv. Falling debris caused damage in three districts of the capital.
The SES has shown the aftermath of the drone attack in Kyiv.
In Holosiyivskyy district, debris caused a fire in a one-storey private house, which was extinguished over an area of 100 square metres.

In Darnytskyy district, a private house and several cars were damaged in one location. The fire was extinguished using available means. At another site, a fire broke out in a one-storey building and spread to a neighbouring structure; firefighters contained it over an area of 35 square metres.
In Pecherskyy district, the glazing of a non-residential building was damaged, but no fire occurred.

Authorities are still verifying information about casualties.
Late on 22 February, explosions were heard in central Kyiv during an air raid alert. According to the mayor, wreckage from a Russian UAV was found on the grounds of the M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden.
