Over the course of the day, Russian forces attacked five districts of Dnipropetrovsk Region more than 50 times, striking with drones and dropping an aerial bomb. As a result of the attacks, seventeen people were injured, including a 12-year-old boy.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
Nikopol district suffered the most from the attacks. Nikopol and the Marhanets, Pokrov, Chervonohryhorivka, Mozolevske and Myrove communities were hit. A business, a market, a scheduled bus and a private home were damaged.
Two 54-year-old women were taken to hospital in serious condition. Two more women aged 55 and 76, as well as a 20-year-old man, will be treated as outpatients. A 12-year-old boy and a 46-year-old woman also need medical assistance and remain under observation.
In Synelnykove district, Russian forces attacked the district centre as well as the Petropavlivka, Raiivka and Ukrainske communities. A business and a bank branch were damaged there. According to preliminary data, five people were injured.
In Pavlohrad, shelling damaged private homes and cars. Two men were injured. In Kryvyy Rih, Russian strikes damaged infrastructure facilities and a car. Men aged 55 and 34 were hospitalised in serious condition. Another man, 61, is in hospital in moderate condition.
Attacks were also recorded in Kamyanske district, where Russian forces struck the Vyshneve community.
- At night, the occupiers attacked the city of Marhanets in Dnipropetrovsk Region. A three-month-old boy was killed in the strike, and 11 other people were injured. Seven of them are in serious condition in hospital.
