On the night of 23 August, the enemy struck the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv. Seven people were injured: women aged 74, 39, 23, 28, 38 and 28, and a 38-year-old man.
An acute stress reaction was recorded in a 15-year-old boy. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
“Two private houses and an outbuilding caught fire. State Emergency Service units promptly dealt with the aftermath of the attack,” he said.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the enemy shelling at around 00:40.
