In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, two people were killed and four others injured as a result of a Russian strike on a civilian car.
This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
According to him, Russian forces deliberately attacked a civilian vehicle travelling through the city centre.
"Again and again, the Russians prove that they came here to kill everyone they can reach. Every day in Donetsk region is a deadly danger!" Filashkin stressed.
All relevant services are working at the scene. The final consequences of the strike are currently being established.
In addition, at 10:55 the Russian army dropped four "FAB-250" aerial bombs on the city using a UMPK guidance kit. As of now, six people are known to have been injured. The final consequences are being established.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched in criminal proceedings into alleged war crimes (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the prosecutor’s office reported.
"I urge all residents of Donetsk region, and especially families with children: evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine!" Filashkin appealed.
