Oligarchs Viktor Pinchuk, of the one part, and Ihor Kolomoyskyy and Hennadiy Boholyubov, of the other part, have reached an amicable agreement on the Kryvyy Rih iron ore mill, BBC Ukraine has quoted its sources as saying.
Details of the deal are not disclosed.
The businessmen were disputing the ownership of a stock in Ukraine's largest ore mining company, the Kryvyy Rih iron more mill. Their case was scheduled to be held in the High Court of Justice in London on 25 January.
