The Ukrainian presidential office is no longer accepting email enquiries for information from citizens.
An email sent to the address mentioned on the website of the presidential office prompts an automatic reply, TheBabel website said.
"Due to an excessive upsurge in the number of electronic enquiries to the head of state, which delays their processing, your enquiry cannot be accepted now," the automatic reply reads.
The presidential office suggests using regular mail or booking an appointment.
