Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has said that government meetings will no longer be aired live.
"Government meetings should not turn into a show. Therefore we will change the format of government meetings and will talk to the press on the results of this work. We will first work with the ministers in a regular mode but after a government meeting we will approach the press to brief it on the decisions taken and answer the questions," he said at the first meeting of the cabinet of 2 September.
Honcharuk then asked camera crews to leave the room and promised to talk to the press in an hour.
The new government formed by the ruling Servant of the People party took to work on 29 August.
