Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystayko has said that Russia has not delivered on any of the Minsk agreements on a Donbas settlement.
"5 years ago #Russia signed the #Minsk Protocol. Since then we have lost 14.000 of our people. Russia has not implemented any of its commitments.
We are working hard with our partners to secure a real breakthrough in the peaceful settlement. 24/7," he tweeted.
Under the Minsk Protocol signed on 5 September 2014, hostilities in Donbas were to stop. The second Minsk agreement was signed on 11-12 February 2015.
The document was approved by the heads of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia in the Normandy Four format and signed by the trilateral contact group.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin repeatedly said that Russia ignored its commitments.
In February 2019, US Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker sad that Russia had been violating the Minsk agreements for four years.
