One Plus One Media Group has completed its decentralisation and presented its updated management structure.
According to its press service, Ihor Kolomoyskyy, as the group's main shareholder, will head the supervisory board of One Plus One Studio Ltd.
"Yaroslav Pakholchuk, director of the pay-per-view direction and executive director of the media group, has been appointed new chairman and CEO of One Plus One Media. Oleksandr Tkachenko remains honorary president of One Plus One Media," the statement reads.
In addition, the current composition of the One Plus One Media board, which was elected and announced in August this year, now includes Valeriy Varenytsya, commercial director of Global Media Group Ltd, as an independent member.
