According to the Head of Sumy regional administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, the ambulance car has been shelled on its way from Sumy to Kyiv.
For the time being, there are no “green corridor” for evacuation in the region, he added.
“Civilians, their cars are under constant shelling. Russians are getting crazy as their ground military forces suffer setbacks. They hit at civilians, civilian buildings and critical infrastructure targets. It looks like panic attack”, - Zhyvytskyy said.
Russia violates international law, he added.
“Along with the communities, members of parliament to coordinate all the humanitarian aid within the staff that was found on 26 February 2022. The staff took all the necessary steps regarding humanitarian aid, our priority is to provide everybody with everything needed”, the official noted.
