The European Union has published a list of individuals and legal entities that have been included in the fourth package of sanctions against Russia.
The lists are published in the Official Journal of the EU.
"We are adding to our list of sanctions even more oligarchs and elites, members of their families, and prominent businessmen involved in economic sectors that provide a significant source of income for the regime," said the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. "These sanctions are also aimed at those who play a leading role in the disinformation and propaganda that accompanies President Putin's war against the Ukrainian people."

The number of individuals on the European sanctions list has grown to 893 and legal entities to 65.
The fourth package of sanctions include: a ban on all financial transactions for certain Russian state-owned enterprises; a ban on access to any credit rating services or any subscription to receive credit rating services for all Russian individuals and institutions; a ban on new investments in Russia's energy sector; complex export restrictions on equipment, technology, and services for the energy sector; trade restrictions on Russian cast iron and steel as well as exports to Russia of luxury goods; restrictions on crucial companies in the military, aviation, dual-use industries, shipbuilding, and mechanical engineering.
Today Great Britain implemented sanctions on 370 people from Russia and Belarus, including Russian oligarchs and their families, Russian politicians, and Putin's propagandists.
