During the last 24 hours, on 21 April, russian army made 11 attempts to shell the civilians of the Luhansk region. Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Popasna, Rubizhne, and Hirska communities came under fire, - the Head of Luhansk RMA Serhiy Hayday said.
"We have two partially destroyed houses in Severodonetsk, two - in Lysychansk, three more - in other communities of the region. Four residents of the Luhansk region were injured," the official said.
In addition, in the evening, three members of the rapid response team of the regional National Police received shrapnel wounds after russian shelling of Lysychansk.
RMA Head also said that a large consignment of medicines had been delivered to the Severodonetsk city multi-professional hospital to provide healthcare to the region's residents.
According to the UAF General Staff, the occupiers intensified hostilities along the entire line of combat in the Donetsk and Tavriya directions. The enemy assaults Zarichne and tries to advance in the area of Rubizhne.
Defensive battles with the enemy continue in the direction of Novtoshkivske and Popasna. The enemy continues to assault Marinka with artillery.
