Transnistrian authorities have decided to postpone the military parade in honor of “victory day” to September 2. It is then that the “main holiday” of the unrecognized state is celebrated – the Day of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic.
It was stated by the leader of the unrecognized republic Vadym Krasnoselskyy, reports TASS.
It is noted that the decision was made after “a series of terrorist attacks took place in the republic”.
According to Krasnoselskyy, "the authorities cannot endanger the residents."
«On Republic Day, if the situation is different, of course, we will hold a parade dedicated to the Victory and the Day of the Formation of our state», the leader of unrecognized Transnistria said.
Earlier, The CDI of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine stated that russia is inflating the situation in the Transnistrian region of Moldova for a psychological attack on Ukraine and to disperse the forces of the Ukrainian army.
The CDI of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine believes that the situation in Transnistria is not easy, but there is no major threat to Ukraine.
However, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military in Transnistria continues to be in full combat readiness.
