Russia does not give up its attempts to kill the defenders of Ukrainian Mariupol. Only on May 9, the occupants made 34 airplane attacks on the territory of the Azovstal plant, where the Ukrainian military is holding up their defense.
The enemy does not stop in its attempts to seize the Ukrainian fortress and continues to conduct daily assaults with the support of infantry, the special regiment of the Azov National Police reported.
“In the past 24 hours, 34 aircraft, including eight sorties by strategic bombers, flew into the Azovstal plant, which is defended by Mariupol defenders. The enemy's ship and gun artillery, MLRS, UR-77, tanks, and others also continued to operate,” the report says.
Earlier, the head of the Donetsk RMA reported that about 100 civilians remained at Azovstal.
The commander of the frontier guards at Azovstal said yesterday that the military is in inhumane conditions, but continues to defend their territory.
