During the war, Microsoft facilitated the documentation of russian war crimes in Ukraine and cooperated with the United Nations in exchanging information on the losses from the war in Ukraine. Microsoft will also oversee the digital industry during the reconstruction of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Microsoft estimates that its initiatives have provided 242m. dollars in digital support to Ukraine. In particular, this includes financial grants, promotional campaigns, free access to the company's products and services.
It was also agreed with Microsoft that XBox will be officially registered in Ukraine. It will be possible to register a Ukrainian account and the Ukrainian language will be available.
Ukraine may join the Digital Europe program soon.
