Russia has shelled Mykolayiv with cluster munitions, mayor Oleksandr Senkevych has reported on Telegram.
According to him, the explosion occurred near a public transport stop.
"Cluster munitions. There are victims. All services are working. Details later," he said.
In the early hours of 29 September, Russian invaders launched a missile attack on Mykolaiv, which damaged a number of civilian facilities.
