Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Gen Valeriy Zaluzhnyy has had a telephone conversation with Gen Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
In particular, they discussed the outcomes of yesterday's Ukraine Defense Contact Group Ramstein 6.
"I'm very grateful to the partner states for the consistent support of our country and military assistance thanks to which we successfully counter russian aggression and also to Gen Milley for his leadership in this essential endeavor," Zaluzhnyy said on Facebook.
"As for the battlefield situation. It is complicated but controlled. The enemy has artillery superiority, that's why the issue of the increase of the fire capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is still relevant. The issue of the integrated air missile defence system development is also essential," he explained.
