At 17:00, the Ukrainian energy company Ukrenergo informed regional power distribution companies about necessary emergency disconnection schedules for consumers throughout the country.

"Due to today's missile attacks by Russian terrorists, the equipment of the main network of the Ukrainian power system was damaged in several regions at once. To eliminate the consequences, at 17:00, the Switchboard Centre of NPC Ukrenergo provided distribution grid operators (oblenergos) with the volumes for the application of emergency disconnection schedules for industrial and residential consumers in all regions of Ukraine," it said on Telegram.

The company stressed that consumer restrictions are necessary to reduce the load on the grid and avoid repeat failures. Such measures allow power engineers to quickly restore damaged facilities and keep the system balanced.

Earlier it was reported that DTEK used up its stock of equipment to repair the infrastructure damaged by missiles.
