Cabinet of Ministers transfers property confiscated from Yanukovych to State Property Fund

An apartment and two parking spaces in Kyiv, three buildings, a residential building and two land plots in Donetsk, non-residential buildings in Yalta, the Brig ship and two cars were transferred to the State Property Fund.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a decree to transfer the confiscated property of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych to the State Property Fund.

The SPF said that an apartment and two parking spaces in Kyiv, three buildings, a residential building and two land plots in Donetsk, non-residential buildings in Yalta, the Brig ship and two cars were transferred into the management of the Fund.

A recreation and health centre and two residential buildings in the village of Novi Petrivtsi (Vyshhorod District, Kyiv Region), as well as the Acacia hotel and restaurant complex were also transferred. In addition, the Fund will also manage 100% of Tantalit LLC and Dom Lisnyka LLC.

The Cabinet of Ministers instructed the SPF to make effective management decisions regarding these properties, including their further privatization or lease.

"The SPF is ready to assume responsibility for the effective management of this property and ensure its operation for the benefit of our state and all citizens," Rustem Umerov, the SPF's chairman, said.
