Ukraine adopts cyber security strategy
The strategy describes efforts aimed at the development of the national system of cyber defence, prevention, detection and counteraction to cyber threats.
The National Security and Defence Council has approved the cyber security strategy of Ukraine in principle, its press service has said.
"The cyber security strategy of Ukraine was approved in principle at today's meeting in response to the challenges faced by our state: the aggression by the Russian Federation, increasing trends towards the use of cyber space by reconnaissance and special military institutions, terrorists and criminals," it said.
The cyber security police of Ukraine will take into account the best practice of leading NATO and EU member states.
