Tetyana Kozachenko, director of the Justice Ministry's vetting department, has resigned.
"Today (21 November) is my last working day in public service as director of the vetting department at the Justice Ministry. It is symbolic for me to leave this day, to honour my word and be decent and free. I am happy at the opportunity to get involved in public initiatives which I consider to be a very powerful tool for change," she said on Facebook.
Kozachenko has held the post for two years. Her department identified individuals subject to vetting.
