Two Ukrainian troops wounded in Donbas
Militants 22 times violated the ceasefire, ATO forces returned fire.
Over the past day, illegal armed groups in Donbas 22 times violated the ceasefire agreement. Two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded, ATO headquarters reported on Monday, 25 September. The ATO forces on 18 occasions returned fire.
One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded near Luhanske in Donetsk sector as the result of enemy shelling of an ATO stronghold from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
Another Ukrainian soldier was wounded in a grenade explosions during a fire attack on a the positions of ATO forces near Novozvanivka in the Luhansk sector. The trooper was immediately hospitalized, medics say his condition is satisfactory.
Over the past day, the enemy has not used mortars or any other heavy weapons.
On September 23, Russia-backed militants in Donbas 18 times violated the truce. One Ukrainian soldier was lethally wounded Near Novooleksandrivka in the Luhansk sector.
