Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyy district court has found the head of the Supreme Council of Justice secretariat, Serhiy Pushkar, guilty of corruption and misuse of information to win a competition for the job.
The National Agency for Preventing Corruption drew up a report on him back on 2 July.
It says that Pushkar had used information materials which had answers to qualification tests for the job.
