The radiation level in Ukraine has not changed despite the recent blast at a military training range in Russia's Arkhangelsk Region, the State Emergencies Service has said, quoting monitoring results for 10-18 August.
Hypothetically, radioactive air masses could have reached Ukraine in the early hours of 12 August from the east and southeast. Therefore, the State Emergencies Service was put on high alert.
