Russia has lost nearly 300 troops, killed and wounded, in Luhansk and Region regions over two days, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff has said.
The Ukrainian Defence Forces' strike on a Russian manpower cluster near Polovynkyne, Starobilsk District of Luhansk Region, on 24 December left up to 150 Russians killed or wounded. Next day 50 Russian servicemen were killed and nearly 100 wounded in Kherson Region.
Five items of military hardware were destroyed.
