The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has recognised Mykola Tararin as an elected member of parliament of Ukraine instead of Servant of the People ex-MP Andriy Kholodov, who has not returned to Ukraine since January 2023 and lives with his family in Cyprus, where he has an estate.

Tararin was No 147 on the Servant of the People's election list.
