Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems Airlogix and Finnish company Innokas have signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture in Finland for the production of unmanned systems. Innokas said.
The agreement was signed during DALO Industry Days in Denmark by Airlogix Chief Investment and Financial Officer Oleksandr Androshchuk and Innokas CEO Janne Kostamo. The agreement was concluded under the Build with Ukraine initiative.
The next stage involves developing the legal, technical and manufacturing framework for the cooperation and preparing the necessary infrastructure in Finland.
Under the agreement, Innokas will provide the manufacturing and engineering capabilities needed to localise and scale up production in Finland. At the same time, the core technologies and engineering solutions will remain Ukrainian.
Airlogix stressed that the systems produced will be intended exclusively to strengthen Ukraine’s defence capabilities and support its Defence Forces.
“For us, it is essential that this cooperation takes place within the Build with Ukraine initiative and serves one clear purpose: increasing the production of Ukrainian unmanned systems for the needs of Ukraine’s Security and Defence Forces. While expanding UAV production in Ukraine, we are also increasing our manufacturing capacity in Europe to produce additional systems,” said Airlogix Chief Financial Officer Oleksandr Androshchuk.

This is not Airlogix’s first agreement with foreign companies on drone production. In February 2026, as part of a collaboration between Airlogix and German drone software developer Auterion, Auterion Airlogix Joint Venture GmbH was established in Germany to manufacture Anubis and Seth-X-G drones.

In May this year, it became known that, under an agreement between Ukraine and Canada on drone production, a new joint venture, Airlogix-Sentinel, would be established by Ukrainian defence technology company Airlogix and Canadian unmanned systems manufacturer Sentinel Research and Development.
“The project, which will be implemented with the support of the governments of Ukraine and Canada, will accelerate the delivery of equipment to Ukrainian service members for conducting reconnaissance and planning operations,” Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence said.
Airlogix is a Ukrainian company specialising in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned aerial systems for military and civilian use.
The company’s flagship product is the GOR reconnaissance UAS, designed for tactical and strategic reconnaissance. According to the manufacturer, the system has an endurance of up to four hours, an operational altitude of up to 3,500 metres, a flight range of up to 260 km and a data transmission range of up to 80 km.
