Yet another protest within the framework of the #CircusWithoutAnimals campaign was held outside the National Circus of Ukraine in Kyiv on 27 January.

Several dozen animal rights activists staged a picket on Peremohy Avenue, an LB.ua correspondent said. They were holding posters "Animals are not toys", "Circus is not a place for animals", "Circus where animals are tortured is no fun", "Schooling is torture" and other.

The protest was prompted by the opening of a new circus season called "An Elephant and Striped Voyage" and featuring Bengal tigers and other animals.
