Andriy Lysyuk, a lawyer with Hillmont Partners, who was elected to parliament on the list of the propresidential Servant of the People party (No 69), has given up his seat, the Central Electoral Commission has said.
This means that the digital director at Zelenskyy's Kvartal entertainment company, Olena Khomenko (No 129), will be able to enter parliament.
Servant of the People has brought 124 MPs on its list. Four more people have been expelled from the list before election day.
Servant of the People's 130 more representatives were elected in single-seat constituencies.
